Scope of Work

• New insulation, drywall, and smooth-texture finishes

• Full painting, trim, and appliance reinstallation upon completion

Challenges & Solutions

The existing structure required extensive reinforcement to meet current codes, particularly in the foundation and roof systems. To manage these challenges, our team coordinated closely with structural engineers and inspectors to sequence work safely and efficiently.
