Challenges & Solutions

The project site presented significant structural and drainage issues, including water intrusion near the garage and unstable soil conditions. Our team conducted detailed investigations to locate and mitigate water sources, installed new hand-dug piers, and reinforced the foundation and retaining walls. Coordinating extensive underground electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work under tight access conditions required precise sequencing and collaboration with trade specialists. Through proactive communication and design coordination, all challenges were resolved without compromising schedule or quality.
